Delivery Schedule
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 days, starting from the day after the order is placed.

*Please note that during peak periods—such as year-end holidays, Obon, or extended holiday breaks—deliveries may be delayed due to high order volume or depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order, our customer service team will contact you.
Deliveries are handled by Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.

Gift Wrapping
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services as a general policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Areas & Fees
Shipping fees (tax included) per order are based on the destination region:

• Honshu: ¥990

• Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥1,430

• Okinawa: ¥2,200

We regret that we are unable to deliver to remote islands. Thank you for your understanding.

Packing Slips
If the name of the purchaser differs from the recipient’s name, we will not include a packing slip in the package by default.
